Turmeric is time tested wonderful skin protector. Daily oral consumption of pure turmeric powder with food of at least one gram will provide excellent benefits. If one is not able to consume in powder form Turmeric Curcumin supplements would help.
One can take Turmeric and Sandal wood powders in equal quantities, mix with rose water and can apply to areas that need care with a little massage. This works wonders.
A mix of two spoons of milk and half a spoon of salt can be applied as paste on facial wrinkles before going to bed can be washed with cold water in the morning. This will give skin a nice glow.
Aloe vera paste and Fenugreek powder can be applied to the skin.
Turmeric powder, Green gram, Rose petals paste, a little almond oil or pure olive oil should be mixed with either heavy cream or with lukewarm milk and should be applied to areas at least thrice a week. One should wait for at least three hours before washing it off.
Skin requires absolute nutritious food and minerals, hence one should maintain good dietary habits.
Avoid smoking, excess alcohol and unnecessary sun exposure. Blue eyed and blonde haired people have tendency to get skin wrinkles early and these people should take many preventative measures early in life.
