Natural remedies for ED

Erectile dysfunction is also known as impotence. It is the quality or state of being impotent especially an abnormal physical or psychological state of a male characterized by inability to copulate because of failure to have or maintain an erection. Natural remedies for ED–
Take 2 to 3 crushed Garlic cloves with honey, three times a day. Garlic acts as a powerful aphrodisiac. It increases production of hydrogen sulfide, which helps to relax blood vessels. Allicin present in it stimulates blood flow. Remove the outer layer of Garlic. Take 5 to 6 of such de-skinned cloves, crush them, and then add these to a cup of milk. Boil and add sugar to it. Take this twice daily.
Papaya (Carica papaya) is also advisable, as it contains Arginine. Concentrated Arginine is present in Viagra.
Dried Dates should be taken on a daily basis as a supplement.
If the problem is psychological, then make a mixture of Aloe weed (Convolvulus pluricaulis) Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), Jatamansi (Nardostachy jatamansi) in equal parts. Then take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in 2 cups of water. Boil it till it becomes half. Filter it and drink it once a day. One also may take supplements with these ingredients.
If poor Blood circulation is the cause of ED, then Gingko is advisable.
Take Black Gram with Onion juice once a day.
Try to avoid stress and strain. Avoid working for long hours in a stressful atmosphere.
Eat Black raisins with lukewarm milk.
Eating onions is advisable, as it helps to increase libido.
Take Wild asparagus (Asparagus racemosus) root powder ½ a teaspoon, with a cup of milk.
Use Flaxseed oil for cooking as it is rich in zinc.
Exercise before sexual intercourse should be avoided.
Try to maintain a stress free and a joyful atmosphere at home. It will help to stimulate sexual desire.
Take Asphaltum capsules. It is known as Indian Viagra.
Give a gap of four days after each intercourse.
Include clarified butter in food.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
The rind of Watermelon has a phytonutrient called Citrulline. This helps to relax the blood vessels and allows the blood flow to the male organ. So eat the rind also without the seeds.
Sea foods like Salmon, Blue fin tuna, Anchovies and Sardines are advisable.
It is observed that people, who have a problem of ED, have a low level of Zinc in the body. Therefore, foods rich in zinc should be taken like dairy products, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Peanuts, brown rice, etc.
The Powder of Ashwagandha 1 teaspoon twice daily with milk is advisable.
